The Code on Wages,2019 is one of the four codes, introduced to replace the the existing labour laws in India. The Code on Wages,2019 has recieved president's assent in August,2019, but is yet to be implemented in the country.
The Code on Wages,2019 , after implementation, will subsume 4 existing laws namely:
