Salary Structure Group¶
A salary structure group is a powerful tool which is used when you wish to define salary of large pool of employees working at a same designation.
Creating a Salary Structure Group¶
To create a new Salary Structure Group, please follow the steps below:
In HRM container, go to “Salary Structure Groups” Folder
In Salary Structure Groups Folder, click on “Actions” and select “New Salary Structure Groups”
A New Salary Structure Groups’s Details window will pop on the screen.
Fill in the details and click on save
Mandatory Fields for creating a Salary Structure Group Record¶
Name: The name of the salary structure group.
Designation: The designation for which you are defining the salary structure group.
Salary Structure¶
If you wish to define salary for a particular employee then you may do so using “Salary Structure”. To create a salary structure please follows the below mentioned steps:
In HRM container, go to “Salary Structure” Folder
In Salary Structure Folder, click on “Actions” and select “New Salary Structure”
A New Salary Structure Details window will pop on the screen.
Fill in the details and click on save
Mandatory Fields for creating a Salary Structure Record¶
Name: The name of the salary structure
Employee: The employee for whom you wish to define the salary strucutre for
