Terms and Conditions

Use of Saralweb services

The user may please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering, accessing, browsing, downloading or using Saralweb’s services, provided by TA Netgables Pvt Ltd., having it’s office at, Office 1, Tower A, Stellar IT Park, C-25, Sector 62, Noida, 201309; on any device and/or before availing any services offered by Saralweb which may include, attendance marking face ID devices; Personnel tracking using mobile; and recording and reporting of business transactions.

Acceptance

By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using Saralweb’s service for any general purpose or specific purpose of availing any of Saralweb’s service, the user agrees to the terms and conditions (T&C’s) defined in this document and are applicable for all the services provided by TA Netgables under the brand name “Saralweb”.

Eligibility

The Saralweb’s services are not available to persons previously suspended or removed by Saralweb from availing Saralweb’s services. By accepting the T&C’s or by otherwise using Saralweb’s services the user declares that it was not previously disqualified by Saralweb from using Saralweb’s services. It also declares to have the right and authority and capacity to enter into this agreement to abide the T&C’s. It is expected that the user will not impersonate any person or organisation, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.

Terms and Conditions

1. Saralweb services utilises the information provided by users. Though, it is attempted that the Saralweb automates the process and provide error free reports/records, Saralweb doesn’t hold the responsibility of the accuracy and correctness of the generated reports/records.
2. Some of the services may require GPS tracking of users. Saralweb will not be liable for any hindrance caused due to tracking of user through mobile phone/ tracking device.
3. Although, Saralweb considers location sharing permissions provided to application as permission from the user to track the user using mobile device/ tracking device arrangements to modify tracking permissions, visible to the users, will be made.
4. The organisation/users availing Saralweb’s Salesforce solution will have to ensure, that their Saralweb account/ application has location sharing permissions. Saralweb may assist in training the user to grant permission, but the responsibility of tracking permission lies with users only.
5. Saralweb is not responsible for the protection of users property, except the information provided to Saralweb.

Termination; Agreement Violations

Users agree that Saralweb, in its sole discretion may suspend its account without any prior notice. In case of paid services, Saralweb would reimburse the adjusted amount after deducting the cost of services. Any fraudulent or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Limitations of liability and damages

In any case, Saralweb will not be liable for any direct; indirect; incidental; consequential; damages caused to user’s property.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify Saralweb, its employees and its partners harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, cost and expenses.

Dispute resolution

If any dispute, controversy or claim arises under this agreement or in relation to any Saralweb service, the parties to the controversy shall use all the reasonable endeavours to resolve such dispute amicably. If the parties are unable to solve the dispute within reasonable time, the decision of Saralweb will be final.
